Messages Menu

Th' messages menu allows ye t' send signals t' yer band members when usin' either OnSong Connect or Stage Monitor Mode. Arrr, these messages flash on th' screen with text and color t' signal song dynamics without th' use o' hand signals or musical cues, savvy?

Chat

Tap on th' Chat option t' type a message t' send without creatin' a preset message. Ye can send any length chat desired. This'll appear in th' largest font available fer th' amount o' text. Chats'll be sent as grey text.

Now Playin'

This'll send information about th' currently viewed song includin' song title, artist, key, capo, tempo, and time signature.

Up Next

This'll send information about th' next song in th' set or collection includin' th' song title, artist, key, capo, tempo, and time signature.

Start

Sends a start command with a green flash and text.

Continue

Sends a continue command with a yellow flash and text.

Stop

Sends a stop command with a red flash and text.

Add

Th' ability t' send messages quickly be key t' efficient communication. Th' OnSong^® app comes with standard messages, but ye can add or edit yer messages as well. Tap on th' + button t' open th' New Message Screen.

Edit

Tap on th' Edit button in th' upper right corner t' switch t' editin' mode. From here ye can reorder or modify messages, me hearty.
