Spotify Library

Th' Spotify Library screen let's ye link Spotify tracks t' yer song in OnSong. Ye can access saved songs as well as followed artists in Yer Music. Ye can also search th' entire Spotify music catalog by song title, artist or album.

Authentication

If ye haven't signed in yet, ye'll either be prompted with a Spotify login screen inside o' OnSong, or if ye have th' Spotify app installed on yer device, ye'll be redirected t' th' app for automatic authentication.

If ye don't have a Spotify account, ye can create one at spotify.com or by signin' in with Facebook on th' Login Screen.

Spotify Library

Once ye've authenticated into yer Spotify account, ye'll see th' followin' tabs t' access Spotify tracks, savvy?:

• Playlists browses for songs in all th' playlists that ye've created in Spotify.

• Songs views all o' th' tracks that ye've saved t' Yer Music under yer Spotify account.

• Artists displays all artists that ye be followin'.

• Albums shows albums that ye have saved t' Yer Music under yer Spotify account.

• Search allows ye t' search for tracks by track, artist or album.

Note: Ye can tap on th' close button in th' upper right corner t' close this screen at anytime, matey.

Audio Playback

Newer versions o' OnSong use th' latest version o' th' Spotify SDK which has changed how audio playback be performed. Arrr! Instead o' bein' played inside o' th' host app, in this case OnSong, th' audio be played through th' Spotify app through a remote-control process. Due t' limitations in th' SDK, this can require th' Spotify app t' be opened before playback begins t' ensure authentication and that th' app be ready t' play audio, ye scallywag.
