Quick Pick

Tappin' on a song title in th' heads-up display area o' th' menubar will open th' Quick Pick screen, savvy? This screen be designed t' let ye quickly find a song in a live scenario, preview, and add it t' yer existin' set fer viewin'.

Searchin'

When th' Quick Pick screen appears, Arrr!, th' keyboard be automatically revealed so ye can just start typin'.

As ye type, OnSong finds matches in yer library that contains th' title o' th' song or th' artist. Songs that have titles beginnin' with th' search text will appear in dark text. Other results will appear with th' search term underlined. Results that start with th' term be sorted towards th' top o' th' list.

Viewin'

Once ye've found a song ye'd like t' play, tap t' pick it. If ye be currently viewin' a set, th' song be automatically added as th' next song in th' set.

If ye be viewin' a single song from yer OnSong library, tappin' on th' song will display it in th' Song Viewer immediately. In both cases, th' Quick Pick screen be automatically dismissed, returnin' ye t' th' song viewer.

Note: Pickin' songs will use options from th' Quick Pick Options menu. While th' song be added as th' next song in a set, ye can configure OnSong t' automatically jump t' that song. Ye can also determine if songs be added temporarily t' set.

Previewin'

If ye're unsure if th' song be what ye be lookin' fer, tap on th' magnifyin' glass icon on th' right side t' view a preview first, matey.

Tap on th' options icon in th' upper-right corner t' change options on how songs be added t' th' song viewer, savvy?
